What are you going to do in this role?
You will be the first point of contact for customer complaints, working diligently to resolve issues swiftly and effectively to ensure client satisfaction and patient safety.
You will ensure adherence to Haemonetics policies and procedures, coordinating the return of product samples, and conducting visual inspections and preliminary investigations. You'll forward investigation reports to relevant departments, review responses, and inform customers of the results. Your role involves documenting product complaints in the database for trending and analysis, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. You'll maintain corporate complaint files for regulatory review and work closely with Field Service, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues.
What do you need to succeed in this role?
To excel, you will need a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, and at least one year of experience in complaint handling and quality issue investigation, preferably in the medical devices industry. You must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English and French; knowledge of another European language is a plus. Initiative, good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and the ability to work independently are essential. Familiarity with ISO13485 and EU MDR standards is also required.
