Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Store Development Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing store opening projects and remodeling works worldwide, ensuring design, timeframe, and budget compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Steer store opening process including feasibility studies, design implementation, sign-off process, approval process, tender process, quality management, and time and budget control.
* Manage individual Store Development tasks to achieve defined objectives such as display rollouts, evaluation and optimization of store design concept, and development of Design Guidelines.
* Support procurement projects and drive cost optimization initiatives including value engineering, tendering, and sourcing framework suppliers.
* Steer external partners such as project management offices, design agencies, construction and millwork companies.
* Support Retail business in maintenance construction activities.

Requirements:
* Preferably architectural background with experience in store development.
* First experience in retail construction and retail design or project management of related fields.
* Cross-functional way of work and ability to involve internal and external stakeholders at the right stage of the project process.
* Good skills in Office 365 (Excel, PPT), Teams, AutoCAD, or similar software.
* Build successful relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
* Flexible and independent work style.
* Strong communication skills in English and German, any other language welcome.
* Willingness to travel internationally (30%).
