You ensure correct IFRS in our legal entities and on Group level. The position holds a direct reporting line to the 'Head of Group Financial Reporting & Accounting' based in Switzerland.Your responsibilities:Acting as a global IFRS advisorSupport and mentor the finance teams on IFRS requirementsMonitor and control the completion of quarterly and year-end IFRS reporting packages as prepared by the local finance teamsSupporting preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and preparing group reports and ad-hoc analysisDocument and update ROSEN-wide accounting policies according to latest IFRS standards and interpretationsHandling special IFRS topics during monthly closingsPerform quality reviews of financial statements and reporting packagesDocumentation and improvements of accounting related processes and procedures (driving change)Provide internal trainings & presentationsSupporting the financial auditWhat you will bring:Preferably, you have an academic degree with a focus on Accounting/Audit or another international accountants’ certificateYou have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Audit and Group AccountingExperienced under IFRSYou already worked in a SAP environment, as well as the MS Office applicationsIDL and Tagetik experienceProven record in applying accounting principles and procedures in an international environmentProven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail, analytical and creative problem-solving skills with the ability to follow through on decisionsSelf-starter ability to work with significant autonomy, demonstrating clear initiative; both independently and within local and remote teamsFluent English (written and spoken) is a must, German as a plusWhat we offer:We offer you an exciting and varied task in a highly interesting and international environment with appropriate resources.
