IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Freelance/temporary employment for a project
Your responsibilities
1. Advising and supporting users in the use of IT resources
2. Installation, configuration and operation of client PCs, Mac, printers and mobile devices
3. Receiving, processing and documenting fault reports and questions in the entire IT environment
4. Managing user profiles and authorisations in Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange
5. Supporting users via Service Now Ticket tool /1st level support
6. Carrying out or arranging repairs
7. Setting up and providing workstation systems
8. Installation and maintenance of network printers
9. Train new employees and setting up training rooms or PC workstations for events
Your profile
1. Solid experience of IT support
2. Good Windows 10 knowledge
3. Broad MS Office and standard application knowledge
4. Basic knowledge of MS-Exchange
5. MS Server 2019 / DHCP DNS knowledge
6. Hardware Knowledge
7. MacOS / Jamf knowledge
8. Experience working for an international leading company in the Med-Tech Industry
