Your role
In this role, you will provide technical leadership within the DDI environment, design and implement solutions adhering to the bank’s product and standards.
• You will work with the architecture, engineering, product managers, and vendor management to implement new solutions and support the organizational merger of the DDI solution.

Join us in an engaged and mission-critical role as a Senior Network Engineer in the SRE Implementation team responsible for the delivery of various network projects globally.
Your expertise
• Dedicated, ambitious, and result-oriented DDI Imps Engineer with strong problem-solving skills; ability to analyze and push things forward, assuring establishing facts and presenting proposed solutions and options.
• Experienced in the creation of artifacts like low-level design, migration plans, monitoring definitions, and skilled in automation, implementation, maintenance, and 3rd level incident support and problem management.
• Minimum of 6+ years industry experience with strong knowledge in enterprise network technologies focusing on DDI, incident management, and implementations ideally in the Financial Services industry.
• Master’s, bachelor’s, or a professional’s degree in computer technology. A plus are DDI and/or Infoblox specific certifications.
• Track record of successful end-to-end delivery of large-scale enterprise projects demonstrating a high level of proficiency in requirements gathering, solutions design, BOM creation, preparation of high- and low-level design documents, implementation, testing, and handover to operations.
• Solid knowledge and experience in large enterprise DDI environments with focus on:
API automation
Complex and variegated DNS environment
Complex DHCP implementations
DNSSEC
• Experience in scripting (bash) and coding (python), as well as Virtual Studio Code knowledge is highly regarded.
• In-depth understanding and strong troubleshooting skills across all key technologies in Enterprise Data Center Networks (e.g., Software-defined networking (SDN), HSRP, LACP, Anycast).
• Strong troubleshooting skills across routing protocols (e.g., OSPF, BGP) and an understanding of all key network protocols (e.g., TCP/IP & UDP, SNMP, FTP, TFTP, SSH, IPSec).
• Experience with Public Cloud providers (Azure).
• Experience with additional vendors such as Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, Fortinet is appreciated.
• Capability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers, colleagues, and vendors with proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and German. About us
