Job Description
The position of Procurement Controller – Zone Europe is a pivotal role within the Nestlé organization, playing a key part in driving sustainable growth and responsible sourcing. As a trusted co-pilot for business category procurement heads, you will provide guidance and insights on cost evolution, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders in a matrix organization.
Responsibilities include leading the procurement reporting process for Zone Europe, ensuring the quality of market submissions and proactively engaging with markets to mitigate risks. You will also provide guidance to ZEUR market procurement controllers on various topics, including but not limited to reporting, guidelines, processes, and compliance.
Close collaboration with business category CFOs and operations controllers will be required to provide insights on direct and indirect material costs (forecast, actuals, risks, and opportunities amongst other). Your expertise in controlling, copiloting, or auditing will be essential in achieving this goal.
Requirements
* Prior controlling, copilot, or audit experience is a must.
* University degree, preferably in Business Administration or Finance.
* Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) experience is a major plus.
* Very high level of proficiency in English.
* Excellent communication skills are necessary for this role with the ability to formulate very clear messaging.
* Demonstrated ability to influence and steer discussions.
* Strong capacity to perform under pressure is necessary.
