Themunications & Public Affairs (C&PA) team creates, manages and delivers content that positions Deloitte as the go-to experts in a wide range of fields and as one of the most exitingpanies to work for. As part of C&PA, the Digital team's purpose is to make an impact in the marketplace and win the best talent across our digital channels, including our website, social media, advertising, and online events.
The C&PA team is part of the Growth division of Deloitte, which also epasses marketing, events, brand, client relations, business development and research. Together, we ensure a strong positioning of the Deloitte brand with all key stakeholders, clients and talent.
In order to ensure a longer maternity cover and with the prospect of long-term employment, we are looking for a proven Social Media Specialist.
How you can make an impact
1. Manage the Instagram channel and our LinkedIn Life page
2. Develop, deliver, and measure social media content for Deloitte's employer branding & talent attraction campaigns:
3. Develop social media posts, alongside human resources and other stakeholders
4. Initiate and direct social media editorial planning and secure operational implementation of content in the Sprinklr content management system
5. Create, launch, and monitor paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and Google AdWords
6. Create dashboards and report on digital KPIs using Sprinklr and other paid advertisement platforms
7. Advise content creators and individuals taking over stories on social media best practices
8. Implement innovative campaigns together with creative agencies
9. Support issues management and crisismunication
Who we are looking for
10. University degree (preferably Master of Arts, in business ormunications)
11. At least three years' experience with social media (in digital agency or on corporate side)
12. German (mother tongue), fluent in English, French is a plus
13. Proven track record in developing and delivering effective and engaging social media projects
14. Experience with social media content management systems (Sprinklr preferable), Google AdWords and Photoshop or equivalent image editor
15. Capacity to rapidly understand our dynamic business and our people, and to translate into engaging and inspiring content
16. Excellent project and stakeholder management, interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
17. Strong team player mentality with a positive, flexible attitude, hands-on approach and entrepreneurial spirit
