Sales Manager Industrial Materials & Refining (H/F/N) As a Sales Manager, you will:
Strengthen and expand the client portfolio in Switzerland and internationally by identifying new opportunities and actively prospecting.
Understand clients' needs and offer tailor-made solutions aligned with the company's industrial capabilities.
Manage projects in collaboration with internal teams, from feasibility analysis to contract implementation and development follow-up.
Promote a strong recycling and refining culture across all relevant company departments.
Contribute to budget planning and ensure debtor follow-up.
Represent the company at trade shows and seminars to enhance its market positioning.
Monitor technological and competitive trends to anticipate industry developments.
Minimum requirements include:
Proven experience in business development in a technical field.
Fluency in English (C2) and French (B1).
A formation in chemistry, physics, or metallurgy.
Proven sales experience, ideally in precious metals recycling and refining.
A good network in the industrial, watchmaking, and/or recycling sectors.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
Commercial mindset and enjoyment of fieldwork with the ability to work independently.
Good written and oral communication skills in English (C1) and French (B1); German and/or Italian is a plus.
