Short DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Education & Learning Solutions Program/Product Owner to join our dynamic team, focusing on the development and lifecycle management of educational programs and products. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the medical or educational sector, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of educational solutions.Main ResponsibilitiesProgram and product ideation Manage a portfolio of priority products to ensure the educational targets are met and the products meet business expectations Responsible for program or product scoping (performing clinical and market scoping, developing related business and feasibility plan resulting in formal project document) in close collaboration with Education Design, ITC and FinanceDevelop and maintain deep understanding of the target group(s) and their educational needs, including existing offerings, decision making processes, and funding sources.Monitor trends to consult assigned target groups and support the innovation processDefine the vision of a product and drives the ideation process with key stakeholdersProgram and product development management Perform program or product planning (allocation of resources, responsibilities, and interfaces)Work closely with Education Design in the creation of the product / programCollaborate with Marketing and Education Events to ensure a successful launch and running of the new productDrive implementation planning and support Support and mentor team members in managing their productsProgram and product lifecycle managementMonitor program or product using established KPIs and reporting, drive quality controlling and provide feedback for improvement of monitor and reporting methodologyManage and oversee program and product adjustments (incl. termination of programs or products not in line with portfolio strategy and targets)Monitor and report project progress and finances incl. budget planning, risk analysis and mitigation Prepare project governance meetings; document and implement governance decisionsRun project communication with internal and external contributors and stakeholders Partnership management Involve, manage, and coordinate between relevant partners and vendors on the respective program or product level Responsible for internal and external relationships and cooperations Marketing & Sales managementDrive initial market research Together with Marketing, develop product/program strategy with regards to price, place (distribution), and promotionMain RequirementsMasters degree in business, medical, educational or related fieldMin 5 years in Product Manager/Product Owner role, preferably in a medical/education environmentExtensive experience managing international cross-functional teams in matrix organizationsAdvanced stakeholder management skillsExcellent English language knowledge (written and oral skills).
