The Biologics Supply Chain Network Planner is a pivotal role responsible to integrate demand and supply plans for multi BU and multi Divisional programs. This position ensures the flawless execution of supply chain planning and fulfilment, ensuring high customer service levels, efficient inventory levels. Key responsibilities Integrate Demand and Supply Plans : Collect and analyze customer demand, interact with relevant BUs and sites to develop and update integrated supply chain plans and schedules for timely product delivery. Ensure synchronization across BUs and sites Inventory management: Ensure the Supply Plans result in an efficient level of intermediate inventory that enables flawless execution of customer programs while minimizing inventory holding costs Indirect capacity and resource requirements : Evaluate impact on production support areas, such as storage capacities, testing and release capacity and resources Risk assessment and scenario development : Identify potential discrepancies and risks across projects and BUs, develop alternative supply scenarios, define customer and business impact and recommend for decision making Engagement with other supporting functions : Work closely with cross functional teams, including Production, PM, Procurement, and Logistics, to align supply strategies with financial and operational plans. Customer Engagement : Work with the PM team in customer facing meetings to understand demand and present supply scenarios, providing feedback to cross BU, cross division teams Collaborator Engagement : Present data to key collaborators, including Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, QC, PM, Finance, to understand opportunities & risks, and develop proposals for resolution to identified risks Division S&OP collaboration : Prepare and align supply scenarios with relevant supply chain teams for presentation at Division S&OP and facilitate decision making Identify and implement process improvements to improve supply chain network planning and participate in cross functional projects for supply chain optimization of Cross BU / Cross Division planning and fulfillment processes.
