Job Description:
As a Software and Application Manager, you will oversee end-to-end software development projects and provide L3 support for Trade Finance applications. You will work closely with developers, Business Analysts, and QA teams to achieve the highest standards of manufacturing excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to Life Science projects for Antaes Asia clients.
* Drive initiatives to enhance operational processes and equipment performance.
* Lead investigations into non-conformance incidents and develop comprehensive reports on quality and EHS issues.
* Proactively monitor processes and equipment to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Provide strategic input on operational improvements that align with business targets.
* Review and contribute to the development of batch-related recipes and manufacturing documentation.
* Offer expert input on batch and cleaning manufacturing recipes within the Distributed Control System (DCS).
* Lead digitalization projects that align with company strategic objectives and enhance automation and efficiency.
* Conduct training sessions for operators on processes and procedures.
* Participate in safety risk assessments and process hazard analysis as an operations representative.
* Actively resolve batch-related document errors.
* Communicate events/issues effectively with stakeholders.
* Provide inputs for investigation – impact assessment and appropriate CAPA.
* Ensure plant upkeep during shifts and maintain audit-ready mode.
* Oversee deliverables ahead and prevent potential issues.
* Ensure processes run as per planned schedule with minimal delays.
* Ensure accurate and timely receiving and issuance of materials to production.
* Raise materials damage reports and track inventory movement.
* Support investigations for inventory discrepancies and GMP/EHS violations.
* Responsible for raw materials sampling for laboratory testing.
* Involve in routine cycle counting activities.
* Ensure all documentation is handled and filed properly.
* Support outbound land, sea, and air shipments.
* Operate material handling equipment with standard operating and safety procedures.
* Maintain material handling equipment and vehicles in good working condition.
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
* Experience in handling sterile and hazardous material.
* Contribute to establishing warehouse SOP.
* Lead a team of warehouse assistants in materials handling activities.
* Monitor and manage inventory control.
* Establish SOP for warehouse operation.
* Oversee daily coordination/planning for inbound and outbound activities.
* Ensure tasks follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) principles.
