Insurance Customer Service Representative
This is a life insurance agent position with a focus on customer service. The ideal candidate will have amazing customer service skills and be able to help our clients achieve their financial goals.
The role involves serving on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business.
Responsibilities:
* Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while ensuring all paperwork is up-to-date.
* Maintain databases and records, evaluating new customers' insurance needs and risk through consultations.
* Onboard incoming and retain existing clients via customer service tasks, such as appointment booking and responding to inquiries.
* Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertising our insurance products.
Requirements:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
* Skilled in Microsoft Office.
* Customer service or sales experience is highly valued.
* Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
