We are now looking for a Head of Sales EMEA for a leading international company in the software industry, who will join a dynamic team based in Chiasso HQ (Switzerland).
We are looking for a talented professional responsible for developing and executing the regional sales strategy to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong customer relationships across the EMEA region.
This role requires a strategic leader with deep market knowledge, a proven track record in sales leadership, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region to achieve revenue and market growth targets.
2. Drive pipeline development and customer acquisition initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
3. Identify new business opportunities and key markets to drive expansion efforts.
4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales approaches.
5. Recruit and retain a high-performing sales team across multiple territories within EMEA, by establishing clear performance objectives and KPIs to drive sales excellence.
6. Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with Operations & Customer experience teams.
7. Monitor and report on sales performance, forecasting, and revenue metrics.
8. Optimize sales processes, CRM tools, and reporting mechanisms.
Skills & Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
2. Proven experience (typically 7/8 years) in sales leadership roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing strategic plans.
3. Deep understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices across both traditional and digital channels.
4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
7. Experience in the ADS and Software industry is highly desirable.
8. Fluency in Italian and English; Spanish would be much appreciated.
