From Luxe Talent, an International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food & Beverage, Hospitality and FMCG, we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist.
Our client is a leading global manufacturer of innovative bicycles and cycling accessories.
In our recruitment agency we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe, where we have offices in strategic locations such as Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Amsterdam, Lisbon and Munich.
Main Responsibilities as Customer Care Specialisr 80-100% :
- Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and faxes
- Active sales
- Customer support
- Coordinating between customer care and accounting
- Close cooperation with the field sales team
- Handling incoming warranty claims via phone or email
- Providing technical advice and information about the bikes
- Direct online service and support for customer bikes
- Issuing credits and replacement deliveries
- Handling inquiries from end customers
- Assisting with in-house shows and test events
- Providing backup support for the back office (approximately 20% per month)
Requirements as Customer Care Specialisr 80-100% :
- Experience in administration or sales
- Knowledge of e-bikes and electronics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Strong service orientation in telephone customer support
- Flexibility to handle a diverse range of tasks
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- Training as a bicycle mechanic or professional workshop experience is an advantage- - Fluent in German
- Basic knowledge of English and French is an advantage
- Reliability, loyalty, and strong customer commitment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle stress, strong communication, and organizational skills
- Conscientious, independent, and service-oriented work ethic
- Motivation for new challenges
