We would like to take the opportunity to discuss the vacant International Compliance Senior Analyst position within our International Risk & Compliance Team.
Our International Compliance team reports directly to the Maison CFO and is responsible for:
* Business compliance, encompassing adherence to Cartier's internal rules, procedures, and business routine processes.
* Regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to external laws and regulations relevant to the activities of the Maison.
* Risk management, which involves identifying strategic risks for the Maison and defining mitigation plans.
As a key member of the International Risk & Compliance Sr. Manager's team, you will contribute significantly to Business Compliance activities, including defining, implementing, and controlling internal procedures. You will monitor both global strategy and local operational execution, ensuring business compliance at all levels of the Maison.
This role offers high exposure with all Cartier markets, HQ support functions, and manufacturers, as well as the Group.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Maintain and develop finance compliance procedures.
* Develop and deliver regular analysis and reporting on key compliance topics.
* Operate the worldwide annual compliance testing campaign.
* Enhance the business compliance culture and knowledge.
* Support the digitalization strategy of the department.
* Develop the control framework of the Maison.
* In a complex and dynamic environment, you may be tasked with other ad hoc assignments within the Risk & Compliance team that require your expertise.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* You hold a Master's Degree (Business School or Engineering) with 6-8 years' experience in Audit, Internal control, Business Compliance, or Business Risk Management in an international and matrixed environment.
* You have experience in control testing and a willingness to design and execute controls.
* You are fluent in English; French would be a valuable asset.
* You have a strong interest in digital and data (SAP or Analytics knowledge would be beneficial).
* You possess excellent knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint.
* You are results-oriented and autonomous.
* You can manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment.
* You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to interact effectively with individuals from multiple departments at all levels of the organization.
* You can proactively develop relevant and realistic action plans and recommendations to drive great outcomes.
* You have high ethical standards and integrity to actively uphold the Cartier's compliance standards.
* You can handle confidential and sensitive information with impeccable discretion and judgment.
