The Staccato Account Manager will support the commercial sales business by maintaining and developing current commercial accounts. They will work with Business Development Managers to manage accounts, train customers on products, and assist with buying decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and strengthen Staccato accounts
* Train and demonstrate all products to customers
* Recommend product to grow the brand at Staccato
* Read and understand sales data to assist with buying decisions
* Assist buyers with administration work between companies
* Grow relationships with buyers and buying teams
* Provide pricing updates, vendor agreements, new product launches, return authorization assistance, and promotional planning
* Attend commercial trade shows and support the brand
* Set up visits with accounts to discuss opportunities
* Use CRM tool to gather sales data and report on accounts
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years Outside Sales experience
* Live in or be willing to relocate to geographical location of position
* Effectively operate a variety of firearms
* Strong knowledge of firearms
* Client and Account Management skills
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Excellent customer relations skills
* Working knowledge of CRM Tool
* Attention to detail
* Sales knowledge of Business to Business sales
* Dependable and reliable
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Self-motivated and team player
* Flexible schedule and travel required (4 days/week)
* Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Strong presentation skills
* Knowledge of Staccato products and usage
