What you will do:
As a Senior Manufacturing Process Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing process improvements, optimizing production efficiency and ensuring product quality in the Parenteral Cilag BU. You will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Responsibility for process improvements in the Parenteral Cilag BU to increase efficiency, process stability, productivity and quality.
* Planning, budgeting and execution of improvement or capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects.
* Technical expertise in aseptic process technology and preparatory processes.
* Supporting production in solving technical problems directly on the shop floor.
* Introduction and implementation of technological innovations in production processes.
* Support in the introduction of new products.
Main tasks:
* Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS and SOX requirements and policies associated with the role.
* Lead improvement activities in defined areas.
* Production contact for technical problems that go beyond maintenance and repair.
* Collaboration with all cross-departmental project participants.
* Innovation scouting for process technologies and evaluation of suitable technologies.
Further tasks:
* Building knowledge of GMP requirements and guidelines of sterile process technologies.
* Optimizing the technical performance of production lines through modern and standardized technologies.
* Collaboration in higher-level specialist and project teams.
* Technological training of employees.
* Handling non-conformities (NCs) within your own area of responsibility.
Qualifications
We would love to hear from you if you meet the following requirements:
* Completed vocational training as a chemical/pharmaceutical technologist or technical apprenticeship in the field of chemical, pharmaceutical or food production.
* Experience in the manufacture of sterile products or other dosage forms.
* Very good written and spoken German skills; good English skills are an advantage.
* GMP experience and SAP knowledge desired.
