Key Responsibilities
* Strategize and Execute: Develop cutting-edge retailer education programs for SFP and CC categories, linking them to consumer programs to enhance retailer advocacy, brand visibility and sales.
* Collaborate Globally: Partner with cross-functional teams to align and execute activation plans effectively.
* Drive Excellence: Lead and mentor a team of specialists, ensuring task prioritization, cohesive team dynamics, and effective project execution.
* Manage Key Stakeholders: Engage with internal and external partners to activate the right stakeholders at the right time, ensuring seamless program rollouts.
* Project Management: Oversee Open Academy pilot deployment across the globe.
* Optimize Operations: Manage budgets, monitor program performance, and present actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
* 5-7+ years of experience in indirect retail, digital marketing, or FMCG industries.
Desired Skills
* Proven leadership in managing cross-functional projects and digital transformation initiatives.
* Strong understanding of Indirect Retail channels and retailer education platforms.
* In-depth knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Fielo, and online education features like gamification and leaderboards.
* Technical proficiency in Microsoft 365.
