OBJECTIVE AND MAIN TASK OF THE FUNCTION
This position is responsible for a solid and autonomous Employee Life cycle administration (recruiting, development, termination etc.), and employee training controlling (Superuser of the compliance tool). This role is responsible for HR and Payroll reporting to Headquarters, HR audits assuring compliancy with SOX and Quality. This role also leads and participates in HR Projects and assists the International HR Team in organizational tasks.
TASKS
Managing administration for the whole life cycle of employees (hiring requests, contracts, employee letters, departure etc.), follow up with local agencies, Quality documents and Checklists.
Managing the administrative recruitment process, this includes writing and publishing job advertisements, pre-selecting candidates, gathering references, establishing offer letters, participating in interviews, and following up on received applications. Lead recruitment process for defined positions.
Register and keep updated employee data in ABACUS, assure proper filing of documents in HR employee files and database.
Provide support in monthly International payroll preparation, upload payroll files for employees on a monthly basis on online portal.
Super User of Employee Compliancy eLearning tool, register or remove employees, assign trainings, conduct controlling of training completion, coordinate with local HR Managers and manage the project with US Headquarters.
Support in internal and external audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
Support and participate in HR projects as assigned.
Act as backup of other International HR colleagues and provide support in ongoing HR activities.
Provide administrative and organizational assistance to International HR Team.
Other organizational and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Education: Commercial apprenticeship or similar / HR Assistant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration.
Special Knowledge: French or German, fluent in English, any other language is a plus. Excellent IT Skills.
Personality: Interculturally competent and communicative, trustworthy and reliable, service-oriented and proactive, team player, very well structured, organized, flexible.
Professional Experience: Ideally 3 years of experience in HR, experience in an international environment, experience as HR Business partner is a plus.
