Develops and Implements Business Strategies for Service High Voltage Products
About the Role:
1. Collaborates with local Marketing and Sales teams to develop business strategies and sales and marketing plans.
2. Responsible for market positioning, market share, order received, gross margin (best price), pricing and expanding market size worldwide in accordance with market strategy.
3. Serves as escalation point for questions and issues and collects customer feedback and input.
4. Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs and promote customer understanding of product offerings.
5. Liaises with sales teams to assign and follow up on targets per country.
6. Oversees the market intelligence process to ensure detailed market analyses of market drivers and trends, key competition, and emerging technologies.
7. Ensures sales teams receive world-class training and increases sales competence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement Hub Europe Service strategies to drive growth and gross margin for Service High Voltage Products.
* Lead the implementation of Hub HV Service Europe strategies and initiatives at a HUB level to ensure appropriate sales and marketing efforts.
* Ensure the HV Hub Service Europe portfolio is represented in local markets.
* Drive the sales team strategy and develop key customer relationships for new and existing business growth.
Requirements:
* High customer orientation, intercultural sensitivity, and team working skills.
* Extensive experience in after-sales service and high-voltage segment.
* A proven sales and customer relationship management track record with 7+ years' experience in marketing and sales or business development roles.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative personality.
* Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural and diverse team.
* Business fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
