Open Innovation Manager

If these words describe you, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Open Innovation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and growing our open innovation activities, fostering collaboration and driving innovation across our organization.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. In collaboration with the digital innovation team, develop innovation programs as well as engagement strategy that drives innovation and fosters collaboration across the Richemont group.
2. Define, implement and run processes and tools for managing open innovation activities.
3. Animate the community of experts within the group, with relevant activations & activities.
4. Promote innovation initiatives, thanks to internal social media channels, including creating content and engaging with followers.
5. Manage and grow our worldwide innovation programs, including participating to the activities, supporting events’ organization and building relationships with key stakeholders.
6. Develop partnerships with external organizations and thought leaders to enhance our programs’ reach and impact.
7. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and work with the team to organize ideation sessions to drive new ideas and initiatives.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
1. Bachelor or Master degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications or business administration.
2. Work experience 2-5 years in open innovation, internal communication, digital technologies or a related field.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships and foster collaboration, both online and offline.
4. Excellent communication skills with a track record of successfully leading and executing open innovation activities and programs.
5. Experience working with cross-functional teams, in a multi-cultural environment and managing stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
6. A passion for innovation and collaboration across cultures, countries and functions.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
8. You are fluent in English (oral and written) and have a good knowledge of French.
Based mainly in Bellevue (GE), you will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues from other research sectors in our hub located in Microcity, Neuchâtel.
Initially, we offer a 12 months fixed term position, with immediate start.
