For our client Roche Diagnostics in Rotkreuz, we are looking for a motivated and reliable (m/f/d) Procurement Project Manager 100% AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG: Develop and execute comprehensive procurement project plans, considering timelines, budgets, and resource requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables Monitor and control project execution Monitor and mitigate risk – Monitor the progress of projects and proactively identify and report any projected risks to overall targets or timelines as well as potential mitigation strategies. Resolve issues and project risks on a timely basis and escalate issues and risks where appropriate Planning, design, and leadership of global Sourcing & Benchmarking projects Lead cross-functional collaboration with the internal and external partners; Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams Drive close alignment with relevant stakeholders within Roche Diagnostics and across Roche Group Lead global, cross-functional projects to expand and continuously improve the modern procurement process landscape Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements/improvement potential Manage backlog Leveraging modern digital procurement technology to drive an efficient, compliant Sourcing & Benchmarking process Continuously assess and improve procurement processes, identifying opportunities for automation, streamlining, and cost savings Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance overall procurement efficiency ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL: University degree (preferably in Engineering, Business, Finance, or Life Sciences) High English proficiency 5+ years in procurement/supply chain, delivering value in strategic sourcing, cost reduction, operational efficiency, or digitalisation, ideally in global Pharma/Medical Device companies Familiar with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies Expertise in direct spend categories, cost levers, and market fundamentals Strong strategic sourcing and supplier management background in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals) 3+ years project management experience, including risk management, reporting, and delivering measurable results Skilled in senior stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution Documented international strategic sourcing and cross-functional project experience Expertise in new product/technology transfer processes Experienced in global matrix and cross-functional environments (e.g., Supply Chain, Finance, Quality) Strong analytical skills with data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Qlikview) and database tools (e.g., Access) Proficient in enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle) and procurement tools (e.g., GEP, Ariba) Nice to Have: Postgraduate business-related qualification. Additional qualification in the areas of Procurement or Project Management Life Sciences or Management Consulting industry experience.
