Job Title: Helicopter Quality Manager
Type: Permanent Position
Main Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the central contact for quality management, safety management and customer orders.
2. Manage employee qualifications, licensing, and authorizations.
3. Process tasks from safety reports, occurrence reports, and incidents.
4. Pursue internal and external audits, supporting auditors during external audits.
5. Ensure compliance with quality requirements and applicable processes.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations (EASA Part 145, Part M, Part 21).
2. Experience in quality management, including audits and certifications.
3. In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems and technical processes.
4. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
5. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
6. Efficient work habits with high competence in MS Office applications and QM tools.
7. Bilingual in German and English.
