We are looking for a full-time Application and Service Engineer (m/f/d) for our office in Wallisellen.
Responsibilities
* Present our products and company at conferences and during customer visits.
* Support customers with troubleshooting, technical questions, and user training.
* Develop and communicate new applications and use cases for our products.
* Utilize MIRO's analyzers proficiently, document, and improve applications (reports, application notes, white papers, scientific publications).
* Analyze and report on data from test campaigns and in-house experiments.
* The position requires regular travel.
Qualifications
We seek an individual who is eager to contribute their skills to drive our company forward and enhance our products and services.
* Degree in science or engineering (MSc/PhD).
* Expert knowledge in applying gas analyzers in research or industry.
* Fundamental understanding of laser spectroscopy and other working principles of gas analyzers.
* Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English and German; additional languages are a plus.
* Excellent computer skills (MS Office, scripting languages for data analysis and presentation are a must).
* Hands-on laboratory experience with electronics, lasers, and optics.
