We are seeking a Director of Sales to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities:
* Foster and embody a sales culture that reinforces a robust, disciplined sales engine and sustained new business generation.
* Build, roll out and execute a scalable, repeatable enterprise sales process, including:
o CRM tool selection, implementation & customization.
o Crafting sales leadership reports for transparency and accountability.
o New business leader board and variance to goal.
o Defined opportunity stages and advancement milestones.
o Reporting at various levels (enterprise, region, profit center, branch, individual).
o Lead generation and prospect data scrubbing protocol.
o Group and individual coaching.
o Collaborative opportunity advancement strategy.
o Design of uniform proposal tool/template.
o Create go-to-market strategies for CL & HNW market.
* Producer recruiting, development & incentivization.
* Collaborate with field leadership for client upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
* Develop and maintain knowledge of current insurance market trends.
* Monitor sales activity and performance, providing feedback and coaching.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA):
* Strong leadership skills and ability to drive a high-performing sales team.
* Exceptional communication and coaching skills.
* Competent usage of CRM/Salesforce Automation tools and Microsoft Office products.
* Must demonstrate King's core values and culture-carrying behavior.
Minimum Requirements:
* 10-15 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in sales leadership.
* 5+ years insurance experience preferable.
* Undergraduate BA/BS degree.
