Your Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Front Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a high client service orientation, risk awareness, and a can-do mentality.
1. Analyze remediation items related to client migration preparation
2. Document client structures (legal entities & individuals) in internal systems and documents
3. Capture client data in internal systems
4. Coordinate with Client Advisors, Client Account Managers, and clients to gather necessary information
About the Team
You will be part of the Remediation Support team in Global Wealth Management, specializing in reviewing client documentation and data quality for both Legal Entities and Private Individuals. This ensures relationship readiness for upcoming client migration.

About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. 1-2 years of banking experience
2. Experience in a supporting or client documentation role
3. Expertise knowledge of CS internal tools (FrontNet, CSDA, ELAR, Host) is an asset
4. A customer-oriented and pragmatic approach
5. The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in your work
7. Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of operational processes
