Lifestyle Brand Deputy Manager
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to support our Store Manager in leading the team, driving sales, showcasing the brand, and ensuring effective store operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit, integrate, and train new staff to ensure seamless team performance
* Inspire team members to excel in customer service and skills development through regular coaching and feedback
* Conduct performance evaluations and foster a positive work environment that promotes employee growth and satisfaction
* Resolve conflicts impartially and hold regular meetings for effective communication and collaboration
Sales Management
* Drive team performance to meet sales goals and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Ensure excellent customer service and a unique shopping experience through continuous knowledge of collections and stock availabilities
* Maintain visual merchandising standards that align with brand identity and promote sales
Brand Representation
* Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment that reflects the brand's values and aesthetic
* Educate the team on merchandising principles to ensure consistency and quality across all areas of the store
* Oversee logistical tasks such as deliveries, stock management, and inventory to ensure efficient store operations
Profile
* Relevant education within Retail, Sales, or Management
* Experience in Retail sales and store management, preferably in a deputy capacity
* Highly customer-oriented with strong drive and initiative
* Prior experience in PR and marketing activities an advantage
* Proficient in sales strategy and skilled with numbers, budgeting, and some financials
* High commitment to a brand and employer, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations
