What You'll Do
As a key member of the business analysis team, you’ll be instrumental in developing and enhancing a leading investment management solution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to :
* Analyze and evaluate customer and market needs across portfolio analysis, performance calculations, order management, investment compliance, fund accounting, and more.
* Define technical roadmaps and manage backlogs to drive strategic development.
* Design, implement, and oversee solutions, ensuring their seamless integration.
* Develop and review technical concepts, oversee implementations, and support rigorous testing.
* Serve as the go-to technical expert for both internal teams and clients.
* Optionally, take on responsibilities as a product owner or support business development efforts.
What You Bring to the Table
* A degree in economics, natural sciences, computer science, mathematics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in business analysis or requirements engineering, ideally within the financial sector.
* Solid understanding of investment processes, with expertise in fund accounting or fee calculations being a plus.
* A strong technical mindset and experience in agile collaboration with software development teams.
* A track record of successful project management and product development.
* Exceptional communication skills in German (fluent) and English (proficient).
* A proactive, quality-oriented approach and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary teamwork.
