We seek an experienced Growth and Performance Marketing Manager to lead our team's paid digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate combines expertise in growth and performance roles, analytical skills, and a results-driven mindset, transforming complex data into actionable strategies for growth. You will work independently to create structured marketing plans, present clear performance insights, and collaborate with portfolio representatives to align campaigns with business objectives and product priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute multi-channel growth and performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals
* Oversee PPC (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (LinkedIn)
* Integrate paid marketing activities with CRM and Marketing automation tools
* Implement data-driven approaches to improve cost efficiency and performance
* Plan and oversee all paid marketing activities within the digital marketing team
* Collaborate with portfolio representatives to synchronize advertising with portfolio objectives
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless campaign execution
* Maintain cross-team alignment between SEO, content, design, and product marketing
* Track key performance metrics to measure campaign success
* Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
* Utilize Web Analytics and advertising dashboards for in-depth performance analysis
* Develop data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimizations
Your Profile:
* 7+ years of experience in related fields
* Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
* Hands-on experience with web analytics and data-driven marketing
* Deep understanding of demand generation and lead generation strategies
* Experience optimizing landing pages for higher conversion rates
* Ability to independently develop and execute marketing plans
* Strong data analysis and reporting skills, translating insights into action
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proven ability to coordinate activities with agencies, portfolio representatives, and internal teams
* Experience with Marketing Automation and all-in-one marketing platforms like Salesforce and Pardot (preferred)
Nice to have:
* Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Pardot)
* Email Marketing
* Knowledge of Looker Studio or other data visualization tools
* Familiarity with B2B and enterprise-level digital advertising
