**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to provide first and second-level technical support to users, ensuring timely resolution of issues. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and maintaining server infrastructure, including server management, SCCM, virtual machines, and Active Directory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
* Support and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
* Offer VIP support to executive team members, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness.
* Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure consistent and reliable IT services across all locations.
* Document and maintain IT support procedures and knowledge base articles.
Requirements:
* Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
* Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably within the financial sector (banking, trading, insurance, financial services).
* Strong knowledge of system administration, including server management, SCCM, virtual machines, and Active Directory.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to provide high-quality VIP support and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
