Job Title: Account Manager, Partner Services, LATAM and MENA
We are searching for a skilled professional to lead our Partner Services efforts in Latin America and the Middle East and Africa region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain strong relationships with key contacts at Forum Partner companies.
* Develop and implement tailored engagement plans to address Partners' priorities and deepen their involvement in Forum activities.
* Onboard new Partner Representatives into the Forum ecosystem.
* Contribute to shaping the engagement strategy for Partners.
* Plan and deliver Partners' events, including registration, agendas, speaking roles, and logistics.
* Increase Partner integration and experiences across the Forum's digital platform.
* Analyze market intelligence on Partner companies to identify potential risks and opportunities for Forum engagement.
* Lead internal processes impacting Partners, such as contract management.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
* At least 5 years of professional experience in the Latin America region.
* Proven track record in key account management and business relationship development.
* Ability to navigate complex matrix environments and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
* Digital skills and experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
* Excellent communication and language skills in English; proficiency in Portuguese is an asset.
* Travel up to 20% may be required.
