Job Title: In-House Press Coordinator
The primary objective of this role is to elevate brand awareness and manage press inquiries, fostering strong relationships with media and stylists.
1. Press Relations: Oversee all press inquiries, leveraging existing connections while actively pursuing new prospects to increase brand visibility.
2. Briefing and Pitching: Craft compelling pitches for product, news stories, and features, aligning with the brand's image and seasonal launches.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with production and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of press initiatives.
4. Content Creation: Draft press materials that effectively communicate the brand's message.
5. Media Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of media contacts, stylists, and influencers.
6. Sample Management: Assist in ordering press samples, participate in sample management, and ensure accurate labelling using Fashion GPS.
7. Logistics: Coordinate timely and cost-effective sample shipping and packaging.
8. Pro-active Issue Resolution: Manage issues related to missing samples, system discrepancies, or potential borrowing of samples with relevant teams.
9. Sample Organization: Maintain a high level of sample organization, storage, and preparation for archiving.
10. Image Requests: Manage image requests from wholesale partners.
11. Administrative Tasks: Log ticket requests, manage writing and distributing show invitations, printing labels, and booking couriers.
Additional Seasonal Responsibilities:
1. Assist with Look-book and E-commerce Shoots: Support internal shoots and external events like Paris sales PR Assets and Press Credits.
2. Show Tools Distribution: Ensure timely distribution of show tools to PR and sales teams post-show.
3. Press Credits and Online Tracking: Track and archive press credits, daily monitoring online coverage.
4. Event Planning: Assist in planning and organizing press and customer events.
5. Brand Image Focus: Continuously prioritize the brand's greater image in all tasks and projects.
Requirements:
* Language Proficiency: English (spoken + written) - full proficiency.
* Experience: Previous experience in the field - at least 3 years.
This internship will be based at our Headquarters in Zurich, with no remote work or work-from-home option available.
