Job Responsibilities:
* Validation and execution of eBanking Service enrolment;
* Support to Private Banking regarding eBanking issues (access, emails, phone calls);
* Create / update / revoke eBanking access for Private Banking and Independent Asset Manager clients;
* Codification of paperless correspondence;
* Manage the request for Client Data Service (ECDS) for standard clients and Independent Asset Manager clients;
* Hard Token replacement and addition;
* Replacement of password (in case of first access) and eBanking credentials in case of loss;
* Activate user in Switzerland for clients having already eBanking access on an account booked in a foreign branch;
* Solve problems regarding eBanking access by consulting all IT systems (Globus; User management; Entrust; NCM);
* Communicate with various departments in case of need, mainly: IT department; eBanking support team; IAM Support; Globus team; and NCF team;
* Learn and perform other Central Filing tasks when required.
Skills and Experience:
* 2-4 years of experience in e-Banking administration;
* Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field;
* Fluent knowledge of English is a must; French is a plus;
* Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package;
* Good relationship skills, able to work and interact in a team;
* Good problem-solving ability;
* Flexible, autonomous, multitasking, and able to prioritize different tasks;
* Motivated, accurate, and detail-oriented;
* Available for pickets on public holidays.
