Your role

We're looking for someone like you who can help us:
• manage a portfolio of regularmunication activities and develop key stakeholder relationships, acting as primary contact and advisor on day-to day employeemunications, including planning, development and execution
• plan and craft messaging supporting business priorities, initiatives and celebrating successes, developing creative collateral across a range of internal channels, in collaboration with relevant colleagues eg. Marketing, Media Relations and client facing teams
• support a diverse range of strategic and change initiatives: from guidance onmunication tools and delivery channels, tomunication planning, managing stakeholders, and producing high-qualitymunications collateral across a range of internal channels
• write and edit news articles and intranet content aligned to AM strategy in liaison with colleagues across the firm to support timely news flow, alongside smooth approval and publication processes
• mentor industrial placement student and manage the maintenance of key AMmunication channels
• provide guidance to the team's key stakeholders about UBS's tone of voice guidelines and othermunications resources
Your team
The position reports to the Head of Internalmunications for Asset Management, and is part of the Asset Management Corporatemunications team supporting the AM business division across internal and externalmunications globally. Activities cover a broad range of strategic and tacticalmunications, from high level planning, strategic initiatives, including integrationmunications and issues management through to the creation and delivery internalmunications materials for employees across a range of different channels.

Your expertise
• ideally you have at least 5 years' corporate or internalmunications experience deliveringmunications plans and materials within financial services (ideally asset management), professional services or technology
• a proactive and inquisitive attitude with the ability to quickly grasping new subject matter, understand the bigger picture and identify the most critical business needs
• a great storyteller with English language writing and editing skills, able to tailorplex content for different audiences and a good understanding of using different channels to deliver messages
• a good all-rounder with a track record of organizing and managing projects through to delivery with attention to detail
• a team player, able to work flexibly and collaboratively across local and global teams within Corporatemunications, the business and other key internal stakeholders to deliver on a wide range of tasks and meet tight deadlines
• a self-starter with a can-do attitude and the ability to runmunications projects independently and build rapport with business partners
