Job Description
In this key role, you will oversee the implementation, customization, and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions to meet our business needs.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Regions, operations, business development, HR, and finance, to ensure continuous system improvement and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
* Lead the further development and rollout of Dynamics 365 CE and FO solutions, focusing on CRM, CI, and HR functionalities.
* Manage (PL/PM) implementation projects with diverse project teams consisting of internal colleagues from Regions and functional departments, as well as IT colleagues, developers, and consultants.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices, including Artificial Intelligence capabilities.
* Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs in Microsoft DevOps, collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements.
* Ensure alignment of Dynamics 365 solutions with business objectives and suggest improvements based on best practices, new product features, and AI possibilities.
* Manage the change request lifecycle, overseeing approvals, escalations, development, deployment, and roll-out.
* Lead the internal development team in D365 projects and change requests.
* Maintain deployment pipelines for Dynamics 365 CE in Microsoft DevOps, manage deployment with Power Platform developers.
* Develop and provide change management concepts and training resources, deliver training to key users, and offer 2nd/3rd level support.
* Manage technical documentation for Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring completeness and currentness.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Product Owner or IT Owner in Dynamics 365 CE and FO.
* Track record of successfully delivered IT projects within time, budget, and quality.
* Understanding of DevOps deployment pipelines for Dynamics 365 CE is beneficial.
* Strong understanding of business process modelling and requirements engineering; knowledge of business development and donor management in Official Development Assistance or NGOs is advantageous.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of German and/or Albanian is an asset.
