Key Responsibilities:
* System RAMS Analysis: Conduct and deliver reliability, availability, maintainability, and authoring documentation at system level (MTBF, FMEA,...).
* Operational Support Documentation: Develop and maintain OSD in compliance with regulatory and certification standards, ensuring seamless operational deployment like Operational manuals, Installation Manuals (FMS/POH), Maintenance manual (ICA/MMS), IPC, AFMS, SWPMS,...
* Integrated Product Support (IPS): Define and implement IPS solutions, including supportability analysis, lifecycle sustainment planning, and logistics optimization.
* Technical Publications: Create, update, and validate technical manuals, including maintenance and operational documentation, inspired by ATA iSpec 2200 or S1000D standards.
* Compliance and Certification: Collaborate with regulatory bodies to provide certification evidence and ensure compliance with standards such as CS-23, EASA Part 21, and related guidelines.
* Cross-Disciplinary Coordination: Work closely with engineering, certification, and product teams to align documentation and support deliverables with system requirements.
* Performance Metrics: Establish and track system performance metrics, including MTBF, MTTR, and maintainability indicators.

Your Key Responsibilities include conducting System RAMS Analysis, Operational Support Documentation, Integrated Product Support, Technical Publications, Compliance and Certification, Cross-Disciplinary Coordination, and Performance Metrics. H-55's mission is to make aviation clean, safe, and affordable through the development of modular, lightweight, and certifiable propulsion and energy storage solutions.
We are looking for a System Engineer with expertise in RAMS, OSD, IPS, Technical Publications, and Maintenance Manuals for a period of 3 to 6 months. You will work closely with engineering, certification, and product teams to align documentation and support deliverables with system requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline, with 5+ years of experience in RAMS, IPS, or technical publications, preferably in aerospace or other safety-critical industries.
Key Skills include hands-on experience with system-level engineering and integrated product support solutions, expertise in developing technical publications, operational manuals, and maintenance documentation, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in tools for RAMS analysis and technical publication authoring, and excellent technical writing and communication skills.
