This role is part of the Switzerland marketing team (PBRS Marketing) which caters to the needs of HSBC clients in 15 markets across Europe and MENA. We aim to create and deliver compelling content and events that drive interactions with Relationship Managers and the HSBC brand to help clients and prospects take the next best action.
This role is responsible for working with the Head of PBRS Marketing in the management and execution of marketing activities (events and campaigns across all channels) in Europe. You will demonstrate a good understanding of the private banking industry and the way we engage with our clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the Marketing Plan focusing on 6 key countries in Europe.
* Manage key stakeholders across several business lines and geographies in a matrix environment.
* Execute client events to support the business and track KPIs.
* Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage with different audiences.
* Comply with HSBC processes and procedures, taking into account local regulatory and compliance restrictions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5-7 years broad-based marketing experience, ideally within the financial industry, with strong event management experience across Switzerland and/or Europe.
* A range of project management experience within marketing campaigns, sponsorships, and branding.
* Proven ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of the private banking industry, its regulations, and cross-border rules.
* Fluency in English.
* Proven ability to work on multi-function projects and excellent organisational skills.
* Eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss or EU citizenship or valid Swiss work permit).
