We are looking for a Consolidation Specialist. The candidate will be working with the Group Finance team, reporting to the Consolidation Manager, supporting monthly and quarterly consolidation processes and activities.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the following activities:
* Support quarterly and annual Group Consolidation activities, including reconciliations and preparation of notes to the financial statements, ensuring adherence to Group reporting timelines;
* Be responsible for the monthly consolidation process, including preparation of accounting entries;
* Improve the financial consolidation tools to reduce the period close cycle;
* Support the review of financial data relating to the Group consolidation, which forms the basis for internal and external reporting;
* Provide guidance and advice to Subsidiaries on proper data entry in the Consolidation system, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Group policies, and listing requirements;
* Support the audit process of external auditors.
Hard Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
* 2-3 years of working experience either in audit practice or in industry but within consolidation departments of multinational companies;
* Excellent use of Microsoft Excel;
* Good knowledge of the English language;
* Familiarity with ERPs; Microsoft NAV/BC and Tagetik is a plus.
