Overview:
LCX is on a mission to redefine finance as we know it, becoming a new category leader innovating capital markets powered by blockchain technology. LCX is a global financial technology company based in Liechtenstein that focuses on tokenization of assets, utility and security token offerings, and advanced trading tools. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personal and Executive Assistant to the Management and Board of Director with excellent German and English language skills.
Responsibilities:
* Perform a broad range of administrative tasks for the Board of Director and Chief Executive including managing a calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents.
* Maintain a high level of confidentiality and securely handle sensitive material with strictly confidential personal and company topics in a professional manner.
* Communicate effectively and collaborate with partners, clients, all levels of staff, and vendors.
* Manage meeting schedules, agendas for internal and external meetings, maintaining minutes, and following up on action items.
* Work effectively with other support teams (Finance, Administration, Human Resources, IT).
* Support billing/timesheet maintenance.
* Manage travel logistics and review and process expense reports.
* Build efficiency and effective responsiveness to existing operations and help define new operational procedures across the organization.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher.
* Consulting experience is a plus.
* 5+ years of relevant experience.
* Excellent German language skills and perfect English written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong working knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheet, Powerpoint, Calendar), WhatsApp, and Slack.
* Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and build trust with a diverse range of people and job functions.
* Ability to build good relations and spread positivity.
* Ability to multitask, adhere to deadlines, and complete work independently.
* Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
* Project Management Professional certification desirable.
* Already living in Switzerland or willing to relocate; Swiss or EU passport holder is a must.
