Your Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and nurture existing relationships with clients
* Acquire new customers through systematic market analysis
* Deliver comprehensive pension and financial advisory services
* Develop and sell tailored solutions for wealth creation and protection in the areas of pension planning and asset accumulation
* Represent our company in the sales region
* Negotiate deals with our cooperation partners
Your Strengths
* Relevant education or training in pension planning is highly desirable
* Demonstrable sales experience in the insurance and financial sector is beneficial
* Prior experience in pension planning is advantageous
* Outstanding sales and advisory skills
* High level of motivation, goal-oriented work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and strong interpersonal skills
