For our Business Unit “Orthopedic,” we are looking for an IT Support Specialist 80-100%.
Responsibilities:
* First point of contact for our internal customers in the event of hardware, software, and network problems.
* Problem analysis and resolution of support cases in 1st and 2nd level support, remotely, by telephone, e-mail, or on-site and incident monitoring.
* Support and troubleshoot IT infrastructure.
* Administration of Microsoft servers.
* Supervision of software and hardware inventory.
* Drafting and updating technical documentation.
* Active participation in various integration projects.
Minimum Requirements:
* Apprenticeship in Computer Science or relevant experience and first experience in a similar position.
* Knowledge of Windows Server and 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, SQL, and other related Microsoft Products.
* Team-oriented, enjoy working with people, and can manage priorities.
* French or German mother tongue, with good knowledge of the other language; English is a plus.
