Create a compelling vision for the market and develop effective strategies to achieve it.
Main Responsibilities:
* P&L management, including financial control and cost management.
* Sales initiatives execution across customers and segments.
* Control of trade spend and cost of sales.
* Lead a commercial team and attract, develop, and retain top talents.
* Establish strong cross-functional relationships with Trade Marketing, Category Management, Finance, Human Resources, Demand planning, and Supply Chain.
* Manage key customer relationships from annual negotiations to promotional executions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
* Comprehensive experience in FMCG.
* Understanding of the Swiss market and customers is an advantage.
* Proven track record as Senior KAM or Sales Director, or similar roles.
* Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record.
* Team management experience.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and P&L management experience.
* Influential leadership and result-oriented personality with attention to detail.
* Fluent in English.
* Travel requirements up to 40%.
