Your mission:
1. Reception and tidying of merchandises;
2. Disinfection of fruits & vegetables;
3. Fish cutting;
4. Preparation of rice, soups, salads, makis, sushis, and more;
5. Preparation and making of the orders, considering the delivery schedule;
6. Follow up of traceability;
7. Respect of hygiene rules (HACCP);
8. Follow up of stock, inventories, and orders.
Profiles required:
Motivated / Serious / Experience of commis / Swiss or foreign nationality with valid work permit or European passport.
Start date: as soon as possible.
