Your Mission
As a key member of our team, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for managing key accounts, providing support and advice to clients, and following up on representations and service partners worldwide.
* Manage and develop key accounts to drive business growth and increase market share.
* Support and advise clients on their sales strategies and provide guidance on how to achieve their goals.
* Foster strong relationships with service partners worldwide to ensure seamless representation and delivery of our products and services.
* Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities to acquire new customers and expand our partner network.
* Implement and execute our sales policy and marketing strategy to achieve targeted business objectives.
* Presentation and active participation in international trade fairs and media events to showcase our brand and products.
* Collaborate with the sales team to participate in budgeting and forecasting to ensure accurate revenue projections.
Your Profile
We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional with a strong background in direct sales within the machine industry. The ideal candidate will possess:
* At least 10 years of experience in managing direct sales teams within the machine industry.
* Proven track record of success in international sales with a deep understanding of global markets and customer needs.
* Technical knowledge in machine control is highly valued but not mandatory.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A winning mentality with outstanding closing skills and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Fluent communication skills in English and French, with other languages being a plus.
* Ability and willingness to travel frequently worldwide to engage with clients and partners.
* Strong proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
