We are seeking a highly skilled Commis de Cuisine to join our culinary team at Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich.

Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is strategically located in the heart of the Old Town, offering easy access to both business and leisure attractions. The hotel boasts 80 beautifully appointed rooms and suites, as well as three dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a lobby lounge.
Your Tasks
* Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to exacting standards
* Assist with event preparation and execution
* Support the kitchen team to ensure seamless workflows during service
* Adhere to strict food safety guidelines and proper storage procedures
* Monitor and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with HACCP regulations
Your Profile
* Culinary apprenticeship or equivalent experience required
* Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, including weekends and public holidays
* Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team, and reliability
* High level of commitment and quality awareness
* Proficient English language skills; additional foreign languages an asset
* Valid work permit for Switzerland
