VCA Managed Services (VMS) is an extension of Visa’s consultancy offering, supporting the execution of recommendations and implementation of Visa solutions to help scale competitive advantage and operate to succeed in the digital age.
VMS is looking for a Business Analyst who will have the responsibility for implementing, amongst other topics, a new commercial offering to our Central European (CE) clients: Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland.
Working closely with the client to develop, build and implement their revamped commercial offering, you will have a solid understanding of the payments/cards industry and will be responsible for the delivery in an agile environment with strong stakeholder management skills, in order to deliver in a complex organization and dynamic program structure.
What we expect of you, day to day:
Actively managing and collaborating with key stakeholders across the client, Visa, and third parties to understand and document business requirements.
Formulating business requirements based on agile & traditional project methodology, with user stories and JIRA tasks.
Leading workshop preparation and facilitation with the processor, IT, legal, and marketing.
Analysing, designing, and implementing systems, structures, and processes.
Supporting user acceptance testing and the preparation and analysis of implementation-relevant questions and problem situations.
Driving the delivery in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinating and implementing the testing phase.
Engaging with Senior Management to provide regular project progress updates.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
What we’re after…
We are looking for an excellent client relationship manager who has strong partner engagement skills with experience operating in matrix operating structures. You will have knowledge and experience in the (technical) implementation of card issuing products, ideally with (virtual) commercial cards and a solid grasp of Agile delivery methodology and standard processes.
You will have:
Demonstrable experience as a Consultant, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Implementation Manager.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills with internal and external partners.
Fluent in English and German – both verbally and in writing.
Familiarity with Visa’s commercial solutions is a plus.
Ability to travel within Central Europe as needed.
