Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Deliveries Specialist to manage the complete order and delivery cycle, ensuring seamless coordination between clients, logistics, and internal teams. This role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Order Management: Process customer orders using Salesforce and create quotations through SAP.
Pricing Analysis: Conduct pricing calculations and maintain accurate data within SAP.
Logistics & Shipping: Coordinate with customs and transport partners for smooth import/export operations, ensuring full compliance with regulations.
Documentation: Prepare all necessary shipping and transport documents for client orders.
Inventory Monitoring: Verify stock availability and manage supply chain processes to meet delivery deadlines.
Customer Communication: Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education: CFC in Commerce or Technical fields with strong administrative competencies.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment with knowledge of import/export and customs procedures.
Technical Skills: Ability to read technical drawings and proficient use of MS Office, SAP, and Salesforce.
Languages: German (Professional, daily use) – essential
English (Professional, min. B2, daily use) – essential
French (Fluent, daily use) – essential
Soft Skills: Methodical, adaptable, and efficient in managing priorities and unforeseen challenges.
