As Institutional Sales Manager, we offer you an exciting opportunity at Zurich Invest AG (ZIAG). We are a Swiss fund management company and provider of investment solutions for institutional and private clients. The wholly owned subsidiary of Zurich Insurance Company Ltd manages assets of over CHF 45 billion and is supervised by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

What you will do
1. You actively contribute to the acquisition, consulting, and servicing of institutional clients.
2. You cultivate and expand existing customer relationships and acquire new clients.
3. You inspire and support Zurich Invest in anticipating and satisfying customer needs.
4. You organize and participate in client-focused events.
5. You collaborate proactively with Zurich stakeholders, including Investment Management, Asset Management, Sales, Marketing, and Communication.
What you bring
1. Completed university degree in banking & finance or a similar field (CFA, CAIA or similar education are an advantage).
2. 10+ years of relevant professional experience in asset management (investments, client exposure) and in-depth know-how of traditional and private market asset classes.
3. Strong network to Swiss pension funds and its investment consultants.
4. Strong team player, highly communicative, innovative, client and sales-oriented, very resilient, independent and flexible personality.
5. Openness to new and entrepreneurial thinking, ability to deal with change.
6. Excellent German and very good English skills; French language skills are of advantage.
