Job Title: Sales Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Geneva.
This is a 7-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible and work full-time (100% workload).
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage orders and projects from initiation to completion.
* Handle financial and billing administration tasks, including processing purchase orders and updating SAP data.
* Provide operational and sales support, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
* Create and send transport documentation for daily deliveries.
* Follow up on Non-Recurrent Costs invoicing and ensure accurate incoterms application.
* Manage overdue invoices and follow up on payments.
* Update Salesforce with quotes and opportunity closures for the sales team.
* Support sales order creation and maintain delivery/invoicing addresses in the MDG database.
* Handle credit notes, B&H agreements, and monthly storage invoicing.
* Archive invoices, credit notes, and related documents in SharePoint.
Requirements:
* Mid-level experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably in an industrial setting.
* Mandatory experience with SAP (SD module); experience with Salesforce is a plus.
* Strong Excel and Office Suite skills.
* Bilingual in French and English (German is a plus).
* Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
