Our Banking & Financial Services (BFS) Consulting team is seeking experienced consultants with business analysis and digital change delivery expertise to work with our clients and partners on delivering next-generation banking products and experiences. This role offers an opportunity to join a rapidly growing, high-energy team working with leading European clients.

Skills & Experience:
1. Minimum 7 years of experience in Core Banking & Platforms within Banking & Financial Services
2. Subject Matter Expertise in Core Banking Platform Avaloq, preferably with certification
3. Experience as IT Business Analyst/Domain Consultant in Core Banking domain for Banks - with demonstrable technical knowledge in agile delivery approaches (scrum, kanban)
4. Subject Matter Expertise in the Core Banking and Client Data domain to demonstrate data relationships addressing Business goals
5. Experience in Avaloq or other core banking systems functional knowledge is highly required
6. Previous experience of Business Analysis/ Consultancy in modelling Business process operations in Core banking for Avaloq changes/projects; helping Business to deliver strategic targets
7. Experience in documenting User stories together with the business users and Avaloq developers/solution architects for the allocated Avaloq changes/projects
8. Ability to review solution design documents drafted by Avaloq and ensure that it aligns with the bank's requirements.
9. Expertise in assessing the Impacts of overlapping changes (Core Banking Platform, Digital Disruption) within BFS to translate Business requirements into IT User stories enabling end-to-end traceability
10. Manage execution of User Acceptance Testing / Non-Regression Testing for major releases, monthly update levels, and major projects; test case writing, test case execution, defects handling support end-user testing.
11. Go Live support / End User Training / Post Go-Live Production support
12. Ability to apply a customer-centric approach to defining minimum viable propositions, relevant acceptance criteria, and feature/backlog prioritization. Additional experience in customer research welcomed.
13. Success in collaborating with not only team members but also all stakeholders involving senior management for communication, risk management involving Program Roadmap.
